SKIPtheatre have developed a number of workshops that combine sport and theatre. The workshops are a great way to raise awareness of fitness by making skipping fun and interactive. It helps to build confidence, team work, concentration and communication skills. The workshops are accessible to all ages, levels of fitness and physical ability.
Introduction to Skipping
Involves teaching skipping techniques in a fun and informal manner through using it as a tool to devise a performance. The participants will receive their own skipping rope!
This is suitable for both adults and children.
By The Sea
This workshop forms an introduction to theatre making. Including rehearsals, costume making and performing. Join SKIPtheatre to make and perform a play in a day!
Suitable for 4-11 years old.
